friendly staff convenient location modern design
The staff were friendly and helpful. I had no problems . the location was very convenient for exploring. i found the modern design appealing and the games in the bar added a fun touch, a great option for both children and adults.
the breakfast area got a bit crowded, though the variety was good.

My queen room included a well-designed space with a comfortable bed, it featured a modern bathroom with good water pressure and complimentary toiletries. It was very clean. the room had sufficient lighting and enough space for my luggage.

convenient location city center proximity clean room poor breakfast limited seating awful direction
the location was really convenient. it was close to both the station and the city center. the room décor was quite nice. i also appreciated the cleanliness.
i wasn't properly informed about parking options. directions to alternative parking were not great. breakfast was not good, in my opinion. the food ran out quickly and seating was limited.

canal location helpful staff great atmosphere
The hotel's location near the canal offered easy access to the city center. It was also convenient for dog walks. The staff was helpful. The hotel maintained a great atmosphere.
I noticed the room decor had an odd style. There was a strange rack for hanging things. It lacked sufficient storage space.

big tv fluffy towels limited space unfriendly welcome
the room had a nice big tv, i guess. decent fluffy white towels was available.
the car park situation wasnt ideal. i arrive and spaces are limited. i had to park far away. it was not particularly friendly.
